No Refunds
We do not offer refunds or credits for partial subscription periods, unused time, or accidental purchases.
Subscription Cancellation
You can cancel your VTX Pro subscription at any time. Your premium access will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle.
Exceptional Cases
If you experience critical technical issues that prevent you from using the premium features, please contact us within 7 days of your purchase, and we will review the situation on a case-by-case basis.
